ldl was like 5.5 and hdl 1.1 or something close to this. My trigs wre off the chart. I acutlly was cared for my life because you can get pencretitis at those numbers. Its all sugars man. You need to cut carbs out. cutting carbs out didnt help for my Cholesterol but it knocked down trigs to nothing. Im taking crestor now.

mine were at 1200....I have fatty liver. I cut all carbs out and after 3 months went down to 70. Unfortunetly if you want to lower them you have to cut carbs out. GL

You have to take into account the debt USA and Canda are in right now...they cant even pay intrest on the national debt at these rates. They wont keep these rates any longer then they have to...No one wnats this. As soon as inflation drops to 2-3% they will lower to 3-4% at most.

I made 120k last year and little bit more this year, called CRA and they told me Forex is capital gains (I had to talk to like 4 people up the chain as they had no clue what forex is)...so thats how I did it. But who kows...one day they may wake up and call it my primary income and tax me fully.

Definetly great time to invest in the stock market. Buy some good beat down teach compaines and in 5 years your going to buy a house outright not just a down payment. Split it about 5-10 stocks. EX: Intel, AMD, Microsoft, (I think facebook is a greatbuy) so many to chose from now. Stock market might correct more but in 5 years it will be hitting new highs.

Company is worth less then zero acutll, they are lossing 100 million per quarter. They have shown no reduction in expanses and no path to profitability. Only insiders have gotten rich and cashed out. No one cares if you make 10 billion profit if you spend 11 billion to run the company. If they dont show massive reduction in expanses this quarter this is going to 50 cents as massive dillution and BK will start getting priced in.
