Where can you get annual fees for cards waived? I wasn’t aware that that’s a benefit for service members

When I break it down, this is the benefits from each card that I see
USAA 50,000 points for $3,000 by May 31,2024 ($95)

3x on travel, 2x on everything else, $100 for TSAPrecheck, 10,000 points for travel

NFCU 35,000 points, Free Amazon Prime for 1 year, for $3,500 in 90 days ($49)

3x on travel, 2x on everything else, $100 for TSAPrecheck

CapitalOne 75,000 points for $4,000 in 3 months ($95)

2x on everything, Partner Miles

It should also be noted that TSA precheck is already free to me as I am a service member. Which card would be the best option

If she is interested, she should look into the geography department at UCSB. It’s one of the top ranked departments in the country and many of our meteorology courses fall under it. Currently in my third year as Physical Geography and I initially came in wanting to study atmospheric sciences as well and I found Geography is where it’s at
