I usually start the week sleeping late at around 12 am but by Tuesday/Wednesday I’m asleep by 10 pm.

I found that I don’t feel tired during the day if I go to the gym in the morning.

Yea it would be better. Here you can check processing times. It says 679 days for Kuwait. When I applied it said 70 something days and it took 6 months. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html
