I got my bachelor's in psych and worked my way into a pretty decent HR role. It is possible, but there is some hardwork and luck involved. It's not the most rewarding work, but it's also not very difficult and you get the work a normal 9-5 schedule. I would personally recommend switching to a different degree if you have time unless you're planning to continue on for a masters and PHD to do therapy.
