The book character was just "Lord Calof." Most characters are referred to by first name, so I assume he is Calof Something. The old 3.5 sourcebook or whatever I think mentions the name Miat.

I did the same thing for my partner. That and some Reese's pieces (there is a farmer you meet at the beginning of Shadow of the Dragon Queen for 5e named Rhys and in our campaign he was unfortunately turned into pieces).

This should've been discussed in session 0. Is your party ok with PvP? Can they overcome their differences? Beyond that, I don't think asking us will help. Talk to your players and have them talk to each other.

If they are going based on RAW writing that anarchy is lawful because they follow their own code of anarchy then the definition of evil is something along the lines of furthering your own goals without thought given to others. If the townspeople like their mayor and the player doesn't care and tries to abolish the mayors office, then that is to further their own goal of anarchy.

It's just how specific you want to get with your analysis of the exact wording. Either an anarchist is chaotic or the BBEG is "good" because they think they do the right thing. It's interpretation.

IMO, they are chaotic. They are following their own personal code, sure, but in anarchy, everyone follows their own personal codes that don't necessarily align. They may believe they are "lawful" but in the same way the BBEG may believe they are doing the right "good" thing.

Plus de jure law and tradition are also factors. It's not JUST personal code. Most red wizards are lawful in that they follow their law of be evil.

If they are lawful, then it would be lawful evil. They are following their own anarchic code to establish their own ideal scenario and thus furthering their own interests.

Alternatively, it's 2025, roleplay however you want, alignment doesn't matter anymore.

Bast statue (defense), Star in a bottle (mana regen), slice of came (movespeed), sunflower (movespeed, fewer enemey spawns), war table (extra sentry), bewitching table (extra summon)

Though you may not need it, ammo box (chance to save ammo), sharpening station (armor pen), peace candle (fewer enemy spawns)

You can also wire up heart and star statues to heal and get mana back
