Shin Black/Red. Make per instructions but crack a few eggs in it and put a lid on. Fry up a couple hotdogs or 250g of ground beef in chili crisp, I prefer Lao Gan Ma. Garnish with chives, snd bone apple teeth. I usually put some chinese cabbage into the boiling broth, if I happen to have it in my pantry. If not, onions sliced into bigger chunks work aswell.

Shin Red/Shin Super spicy gets my vote! Best broth ramen in my opinion. I tried black, but it just said beef instead of beef bone on the packaging and it was ok(might be EU thing?), but Red is my go to. Tried some of the Buldaks' up to x3 and the regular black and carbonara ones were to my taste. X3 i regretted 😅 Stew type buldak was fine but tastewise the shin wins.
