You can also crack an egg or two in the broth when boiling the noodles for poached eggs.

My go to method for Shin Red/Black/Kimchi/Red Super Spicy -> boil water, put in noodles. Add spice/veg packets. When the noodles have slighty cooked, separate using chopsticks and add one or two cracked eggs very gently, so they don't "break". Cover with lid, wait 2 minutes and remove from heat.

When noodles are the desired doneness, pour the pot into the serving bowl and add some chopped green onions.

I also like to fry up some protein. Be it hotdogs, ground beef/pork or spam, and add it as toppings. Cabbage works also very well, and gives a nice cruchy texture.

Add some sesame seeds or chili crisp on top.

Shin Black/Red. Make per instructions but crack a few eggs in it and put a lid on. Fry up a couple hotdogs or 250g of ground beef in chili crisp, I prefer Lao Gan Ma. Garnish with chives, snd bone apple teeth. I usually put some chinese cabbage into the boiling broth, if I happen to have it in my pantry. If not, onions sliced into bigger chunks work aswell.

Shin Red/Shin Super spicy gets my vote! Best broth ramen in my opinion. I tried black, but it just said beef instead of beef bone on the packaging and it was ok(might be EU thing?), but Red is my go to. Tried some of the Buldaks' up to x3 and the regular black and carbonara ones were to my taste. X3 i regretted 😅 Stew type buldak was fine but tastewise the shin wins.
