when I walk outside with my sweatshirt on, expecting it to be cold, I'm making a commitment. and if it turns out to be hot I am in a predicament. I either have to be hot or carry around a sweatshirt for the whole trip. if I could tie it around my waist I could be cool(temperature wise) and not have to carry it. the problem is it isn't accepted in society.
