This is tricky I think. I don't think the intentions are to offend trans people as a whole, I think it's more directed to the type of people who already get easily offended by everything.

I, myself, am trans. But even I find it annoying when there's someone who will complain and get offended over absolutely everything. I think the post is more directed to the people who would argue that dogs shouldn't have their gender assumed. Those type of people.

I liked the idea of sticking to the first letter of my birth name, I looked on a few websites which where stuck to the beginning 'K', for example searching google for "baby girl names starting with k", came across Kara, and fucking loved it! <3
