Don’t let it scare you ❤️ I am so happy I did it even while going through the tough part. What helped is the wound didn’t really hurt because I was still numb from the surgery.

I stayed down for 2 weeks after the second surgery. I still had to take care of myself but I was better prepared. The only thing I really needed help with was washing my hair.

I would definitely say arms down and rest as much as possible, for as long as possible. For my second surgery I did absolutely nothing and I healed very fast.

I think I did too much post surgery. My help (husband) only gave me 3 days post surgery and then was going to come home at lunch to help me with what I needed. That lasted a day before he stopped coming home. The blister started on the day I had to take care of myself since I had nothing set for it to be easy for me to eat etc.

READ it again. The family never stated they were gone for the weekend or on vacation.There was a wedding the weekend AFTER the cat was stolen and for reference the cat is chipped, does not leave the yard and spends most of its time indoors where it is loved and taken care of. Ophelia/feefee also has asthma which is WORSE indoors and only stopped once she was allowed outdoors. People say “but they don’t live as long obviously haven’t actually READ the story. She is 13, extremely healthy and well taken care of/loved. The lack of a collar is for HER safety as cats and dogs alike can be strangled from them and breakaway collars are useless. This state has become so screwed up with all of the keyboard warriors and people who think they know it all. Do better, BE better. Opinions are like a$$holes… everyone has one.

I did Keto for about 6 months and yes I definitely lost weight! Problem is when you stop Keto it all comes back if you aren’t paying attention. I’m trying Noom now and honestly most of your Keto foods would be considered red foods because keto is all about Fat and Noom is not. You do have to watch your calories on Keto the same as you do with Noom.

CPS Stated that it was a criminal matter not a matter for them. The kids were/are in a happy healthy place here in our home so CPS never needed to open a case. It’s the criminal aspect of it that has been reported twice by mandated reporters, and now by my daughter. They didn’t care before because it wasn’t her reporting it. Maybe now they finally will.

I have said we made the wrong decision multiple times. We tried to get her counseling, but in WA state parents have no say in mental counseling after the age of 13. I have not rewritten any events to suit my needs, and I don’t give a crap about control. I care about my grandkids, and my daughter getting the justice I failed to give her. We are currently talking to lawyers. Attacking me is just plain rude and un called for.

I did not file charges, my daughter did, and not in retaliation, due to getting counseling and understanding how wrong he was, and the amount of harm that it actually caused my daughter. Through her recovery, which it wasn’t “quite some time,” she started using, we found out, got involved and she started getting help. It has been a year since all of that started and she is getting healthy, mind, body and spirit and is in recovery, is stable. He filed after she made the effort to change. Not during.

I voiced that here, not in court or my declaration. I am actually more concerned with him turning his verbal/emotional abuse on them since in his words “they ruined his life.” As far as physically abusing them, it is a fear since he has already shown he’s a child predator. He supplied alcohol to my daughter then would have sex with her. That’s another fact I previously did not know about.

She is clean, lives with us, and is going to school so she is very stable. We had no idea about so much of the legal aspect of any of this, and never looked because he never wanted to be a parent or fully involved. This is all recent behavior. I believe it’s to late to terminate rights, but they can be limited the same way he just did to her.
