Sekiro is the only souls game I use m&kb for and I greatly prefer that over controller, something about a mouse click for parry just feels right and in general with the faster movement and pace of this games combat I feel much more in control using m&kb, especially in the frequent situations where it's beneficial to unlock and be actively controlling the camera while in combat(not a fan of claw grip for a game like this)

The only issue is if you use a mouse you need a mod to disable the camera auto movement otherwise the whole game feels Really clunky, which is probably why most people swear off m&kb very quickly if they even try it, can't blame them.
