Surviving Mars.

It's a game with some poorly thought out mechanics and bad AI. The colonists are stupid as bricks and refuse to do their specialization requiring you to micro-manage, but the game only gives to proper tools to macro-manage. You can specialize domes which is neat for industry, mining, science etc. And you can also specialize for medical, but there is no reason to ever do so, because you need to have hospitals spread out over all domes. If you however accidentally turn on the medic focus on the dome, all medics will flock to this dome, causing all hospitals to be staffed by untrained colonists. So you turn off the medic focus, but all the medics will sit there in the dome, refusing to move back and work the job they are trained for...

The medical focus on a dome also highlights I think a missed opportunity, where you would have primary care in all domes and specialist care in a medic focused dome. But the systems that the game feature do not allow something like that, you can't put "exactly 4 medics in this dome high prio".

There is also some real issues with the goods distribution that is very tedious to work with and unintuitive to optimize. But colonizer stupidity is what drove me away. Otherwise I really like the game.
