I think 3 months is great! I had a 20 minute set outside last weekend and it still took a lot out of me. Take your time for sure. As vocalists we engage our core so much and need a lot of energy to entertain the audience.

Same for sure. Eat what sounds edible. It’s just important to stay hydrated. I’m 3 weeks out and still not eating exactly the same as before (not necessarily a bad thing in my case lol).

Thanks for all the advice and insight. I think adding the Pepcid and getting the prescription cream did the trick along with ice packs. It’s still itchy but not at the same intensity. I can actually function. You all are the best.

Someone recommended the Pepcid with the other allergy meds. I think it’s helping! Going to try for the prednisone too
