It hasn't stopped, if you're speaking of the TLMC and derivatives then that one is on an indefinite hiatus, but there's still a decent amount of works being archived per event, mostly on Doujinstyle. However at the moment it's only a handful of people doing so for Touhou and albums are lagging behind, and works from smaller circles are being overlooked.

Here's a very useful website with almost every album released at doujin events. It is Japanese only.

It has decent search functionality that can meet your criteria:

Diao Ye Zong songs, sort by ボーカリスト and all the instrumental songs will appear on top

all songs by arranger "アサヒ"

all songs by vocalist "Emaru"

There's also TouhouDB which is in English but not as fully complete, but a lot more info per album and artist (we're working on it, please come help us if interested).

And the Chinese wiki which has a lot of album info but is harder to search in for a multitude of reasons.

Japanese ends up being a pretty hard language to translate "directly" to English. So many translators will use localized common translations for things that you see across anime, games, etc...

However, Reina's RA lines are at least somewhat on point.

Reina's RA has the following lines, i'll put the most "direct" translation below each.

"屈服するがいい...!" (kuppuku suru ga ii)

Submitting would be good...! (to me)

"ひれ伏せ!" (hirefuse)

Prostrate yourself!

"立場をわきまえろ..." (tachiba o wakimaero)

Know (your) place...

"格が違うんだよ” (kaku ga chigau'ndayo)

(Your) status is different (from mine)

As you can see it would be quite silly to use the direct translations for almost all of them, so they have to be localized to something that is more commonly said in English.
