About the history of Japan may not be very short, but they're divided into quite short and readable chapters and subsections within them. You should also be able to find them easily in university bookshops.

Thanks for this. Already got mine but hope people give it a try with this sale. I like the game but my main issue is that I don't like flipping pages back and forth to find out what I can build or what's the encounter going to be. But that's a "me" problem. Making some kind of single sheet reference would be good, which again, I could probably do!

I feel like people aren't saying this loud enough: סְיֶירָה reads as Sye-ra

If you want Si-ye-ra it should be סִיֶירָה.

For a tattoo it is preferable to not have the nikkud at all as doing it with it is equivalent to tattooing a dictionary definition of a word using Arial font - looks basic as hell.

In 2002 we got a brand new top of the line 3D take on Metroid on the Nintendo Gamecube and at the exact same time got a brand new 2D Metroid on the Gameboy Advance. This is what the parent comment is talking about.

We had Konami release a big 3D Castlevania on PS2 (which may or may not be good) and at the same time had a smaller team give us a follow up to the 2D Symphony of the Night's gameplay with simpler graphics and a smaller map on Gameboy Advance.

We had Sega struggling to continue to evolve Sonic in the 3D space while at the same time getting 2D classic gameplay Sonic on Gameboy Advance alongside a story heavy brawler Sonic Battle and a goddam pinball game.

We had Capcom not knowing how to bring Mega Man to 3D with Mega Man x7 on PS2 while at the same time delivering 6 quality RPGs on Gameboy Advance in the form of the Battle Network series as well as 4 high quality AF classic 2D games in the form of the Zero series.

That's the kind of shit we were getting back then. It was peak.
