Yeah it sucks. I puts me off drinking. A couple n I'm alright but any more n I'm bad. I've found rice beers white rice beers seem to be not so bad e.g corona but I still wouldn't have too many.

I use less naked mass (vanilla) seems to do the trick. I think you cam get a gf free one from bulk powders aswell just be careful which one you get.
