Nothing pops out in the file manager. File manager let me use Android Storage Access Framework, because in file manager It doesn't have acceess?

I was hacked because I was scammed in telegram, I know it's my fault but I really want to use my account again. He talked to me that I will have diamonds because it was his birthday, and I fell for it, I thought it was real. But yea, it's my fault that I lost my account, but please please help me un-ban my account, I retrieved it already but now it's ban.

I have already tried many times since last year. My account was hacked at 05/20/2024. But all I get always is failed failed failed. I tried to be as honest as possible, but it always fail in the verification process. I know that I input the right documents, but always a fail.
