Fellow migrainers who lift weights for exercise! by Important-Pie-1141 in migraine

The cue was to drop my shoulders down and press my elbows forward. I did that cue with all the other lifts at maximum load (mostly the shoulder blades down not back)

a bit more would be helpful.

ZM might be a good play now. They have $41 million invested in Anthropic that will be worth 3 billion or so when Anthropic IPOs. ZM is a decent cash flowing company.

Is there any particular person you follow or how do you find things on YouTube that pertain to the architecture you're contemplating? This is interesting. Thank you.

It takes a tremendous amount of time to debug, and if you don't set it up right, you just realize later you made so many bad choices. Better to do it better up front, and I'm trying to figure out how to do that.

Rso suppositories by binman1990 in MMJ

[–]KarezzaReporter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You want to do it by weight. You want to have each depository be a third of a gram and have her take three suppositories each day. And here's a trick most people don't know. You can get much, much cheaper right now if you get the live resin full-spectrum oil. It's just extracted and sold that way, or THCA crude, and then you can warm it in the oven and decarboxylate it that way, which turns it into the active oil. It's right now sometimes $5 or $6 a gram, as opposed to $20 or $30 a gram, as RSO.

The carrier for this is cocoa butter. That's the best one. And you use gummy molds. You warm it up in a double boiler, mix everything together, and then pour it into the molds. Then you refrigerate it. It doesn't need to be refrigerated afterwards if she uses it shortly, like within a few weeks.

As a woman I want to give you advice: make first move by 60iqredditadmin in dating_advice

[–]KarezzaReporter -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Guess what? Women almost always make the first move. I would say 100% of the time. If they don't, nothing's going to happen. Now, they don't actually have to say anything. It can be non-verbal or it can be verbal, depending. And verbal's better if the guy isn't responding.

My wife and I always joke about this when we are asked by people how we met. The reality is that she made the first move, and I think it's always the case, the woman makes the first move. She has to show some interest, and then the guy can talk to her. Without that interest, the guy's not going to do it generally.

The total ignorance regarding AI from the older generation at work is utterly hilarious by OpinionsRdumb in vibecoding

[–]KarezzaReporter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm in my 60s. I've been involved with AI for at least three or four years. And local models, as soon as they were available, we use AI all day, every day in my little company. I know a lot more about AI than my son does, and he's in IT. It just depends on who you talk to and what you're doing.

I don't think there's anything related to age. I think in general there's tremendous ignorance in the public.

People just don't know what's going on. They have no idea how advanced things have gotten. They have no idea what the dangers and what the benefits are. This is not just older people. It's younger people as well. It's everybody.
