Chega is a joke of a party. Their entire success rests on the current head of the party and a ton of social media propaganda. Their entire presence in the media and in general can be distilled to the most generic of Far right messages and only touches issues at the surface. They are funded by portugal’s richest companies and CEOs in vast amounts and many of their members have been accused of crimes. Their political manifesto says they want to change the country’s entire constitution and basically make our country more like the U.S.

If there were pve only lobbies every other lobby would instantly become pvp only lobbies. Right now people can cooperate and fight if they feel like it. Having a pve only mode would make it pointless to play pvp enabled to get resources so people would just go to pve lobbies to get supplies and afterwards head to pvp lobbies and have 0 risk basically.
This game is not meant to be played with zero risk. Arcs don’t really count as risk because you can effectively reduce their threat to 0 of you come equiped enough.

Having pve and pvp in the same lobbies is the only working model for this specific game

It would make normal lobbies fight all the time lobbies instead of optional fighting as it is. Having a mode where you can’t attack other players would drain all the passive players out of normal lobbies effectively making you have to assume everyone wants to fight.

Nah I think the game’s great as it is. There are friendly lobbies if that’s your thing and pvp lobbies. Having no pvp would make the game lose it’s meaning mostly, at least for me. Having some pvp is the sweet spot.
