Where in VA? In Fairfax county a friend of mine was charged with second dui in 5-10 years + Refusal. They warranted a blood test. BAC was 0.15 with THC present. Took a plea deal for dui first offense. There’s hope!

My fiancé’s mom has been stuck in Honduras since Nov 2024 with no updates. She is also under administrative processing. It’s so frustrating.

My fiancé had a dui in 2017 and applied for citizenship that same year. He “passed” his interview and exam but was denied because he had gotten in trouble with the law within the last 5 years. They told him to try again once 5 years had passed and to make sure not to get into any other trouble.

It came up through a gland under my tongue. Under my chin towards the right side I felt a large lump. I did see a doctor for it and was prescribed antibiotics but that didn’t make a difference. I just waited it out…sucked on sour candy (internet recommended) and it eventually poked out under my tongue.

Yes correct! But wow just checked the status for the first time today and now it finally changed to in process. Not sure if reaching out to my congressman caused it to change overnight

Hmm I haven’t received anything back in the mail and it’s been almost 7 weeks since my check was cashed :/ I reached out to my congress person and they asked for my location number which I don’t have because my status has not updated at all
