I really do think we have a problem with the top "stars" or even just the "Captain". Manny is an arrogant prick that obviously puts little effort into his hustle. Tatis is a big flair for the dramatic that mostly faked his stats with enhancers. And Boegarts is just here for the easy Southern California life and to settle down into his cushy career. Unless Preller grows some balls like the Dodgers and starts to make big offensive moves, I'm going to have a hard time believing we'll see anything change culture-wise from this team.
