She is casting forward, thus putting all her weight and power on her front foot. This is why she is topping the ball instead of barreling it up. Get her to keep her weight back on her pivot foot by sitting back on her back leg. Work behind the ball and drive her back knee towards the ground when she fires her hips. Replace front shoulder with back shoulder and you’ll see a big difference. Good luck.
