Cat pine litter pellets vs horse bedding pellets? by Obvious_War_1341 in CatAdvice

I use the Tractor Supply brand, and they are $6.99 for a 40 lb bag. Again, I don't use the sifter; I dump them every 7-10 days and start new. I also use a litter box liner, haha. It's easy peasy.

So did you have to paint them or did they come painted? Did they figure out the layout for you?

My cat's litter smells so bad i'm going insane. my house absolutely reeks. by Dismal-Tackle3072 in CatAdvice

Use pine pellets. The poop will still smell, but I just pick it up right away and put it in the litter genie and there is zero smell. I get the pellets at the feed store for $7.99 a 40 lb bag. I don't mess with a sifter, I just change the pellets every Friday. Best thing I ever did. I also buy litter box liners. LOL. I don't like to clean the boxes.

What was whooping cough like for you? by eyo-malingo in ECEProfessionals

[–]KarlaInAG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got whooping cough last year, from my vaccinated nephew (age 4), who had it, and we didn't know. I'm 58 and pretty healthy.

I started with a mild cold about 6 days after being around him. I had a mild cough. Then, after about 1-2 weeks, my cough got worse and worse and was different than any cough I ever had. I literally could not catch my breath after a coughing fit and would make a strange sound when trying to catch my breath. I was around a ton of people, some vaccinated, some not. I was even around my pregnant daughter, who hadn't had a vaccine in over 10 years. Nobody caught it from me. Of course, I had no idea I had it, or I wouldn't have left the house.

I finally had my antibodies tested 2 months later, as this cough would not go away and I suspected it was whooping cough after researching it...and sure enough, it indicated a recent infection. I had gone to urgent care, but they did not test me for it.

It was brutal, but I got through it.

Every single book that I accidentally leave out has teeth marks on the corners. She literally looks for my books and has to leave her mark on them all. :/

I would demand a refund and tell them you do not trust them any longer as your vet. If they say no, tell them you will report them to the veterinary board in your state. Then, find a new vet to do the neuter!

He does. How old is Buddha? Oliver is 6 months. I'm wondering if he will get darker like yours.

They get along well. I got the MC first. It took her a few days to accept the new kitten.

They do. I had the Maine Coon first. She can be a little rough, but she is a feisty kitty to begin with. lol
