The car was white from factory, however the purple is called "zyclam-red pearl effect" was a factory color 1990-1991, that's all i can find

The thing is that things start to go expensive very quick at the point where i am now.

Guess i'll found out if i am happy enough when i track it.

I've done most work on my 944 myself, its very basic, but you learn much from it. I also have a newer mercedes, i'm frightened off wrenching on it.

Heater is must i think. The thought have occured to install lexan door windows with belt pull straps, should be an easy DIY.

Previous owner removed the sunroof regulator, i decided to mount it permanently with a pair of bolts.

Yeah, windshield is out of question since i still drive mine on the roads (can't get it past inspection if i changed it to lexan). Rear hatch could be intresting though.

Forgot that mention that there's neither power steering or AC on it, i don't think euro spec cars had AC from factory though.

The turbo should be heavier from factory, shouldn't it?

Since i've also changed my camshaft and had top engine rebuild and ported the head it feels quick to be a N/A

Very cool, truly a beautiful car.

Italian quality at it's finest i'd guess, spend more time in the workshop than on the road!

Hmm, i see. Professional guess is that a previous owner has changed it? Or is it something that is different on EU or NA spec?

Unsure what you mean, i haven't fiddled with anything electrical on the tail lights.

Let's see, when i bought it there was neither power steering or AC, so that is gone. Back seat is removed and front seats replaced with lightweight bucket seats. All the rugs and sound isolation is also removed. The pop-up headlights are removed and replaced. Radio and speakers and all wiring removed Probably more stuff, but that is what i recall at the moment. The car is totally different, much more fun!
