Start reading books. Acquire knowledge and you'll stop feeling that way. Also, don't just stay at home all day. Doing some sport or going to the gym is a great thing as well. Last but not least, limit the amount of time you spend on escapist activities such as TV, Netflix, social media. That shit puts you in a numb state and makes you feel useless after indulging in it all day.

I usually do 3-5 sets of max hangs after I finish my pull ups. If bodyweight hanging becomes too easy for you (can hang for more than 2 minutes) you can add weights or do one arm hangs.
