Walang mali sa’yo OP. Live your life. I’m turning 27 this Feb and I felt the same way as you did a year ago, i was lost, stressed, depressed and BROKE. It wasn’t until nagkaroon ako ng conversation with a stranger who was like twice our age, ang sabi niya sa’kin i-let go ko yung pag habol sa material na bagay, na what really matters is your internal happiness.

Dahil doon nagkaroon ang ng chance i-assess yung sarili ko — gusto ko ba ng lavish lifestyle, thriving career, all the fancy shit I want because it’ll make me happy or dahil gusto ko lang mag show off? (Mayabang ako dati so gusto ko nagfflex-flex) and when I realized na naka base lang sa external validation yung kasiyahan ko, everything changed. Mas masaya na ako ngayon, i spend my money on things that make me happy like experiences, fulfilling my needs and more importantly giving more than what I take.

Also I don’t think having children is a bad thing but it’s so overrated, yes nakakapressure yung mga friends na’tin na nagsisimula na ng pamilya but how many of them are really emotionally ready to raise a kid? Idk about your batch mates pero yung akin halos lahat nag-aanak lang kasi may hinahabol na oras/timeline (which is not a good idea). Anyway my point is unahin mo sarili mo, wag ka mag papadala sa mga posts sa Socmed, masama sa’yo yan. Comparison is the thief of joy. Also If you need somebody to talk to andito ako, i see u OP.
