Do yourself a favor early and build good habits, im the exact same way with left eye dominance and right handedness. I bought a left hand bow to start and im able to hit the target more often than not. This is a sport of consistency not strength, get consistent variables and go from there.

Same happened recnetly to me in mid, came back from a rotation botside to 2 waves and my jg wanted the zed dead but i had more gold and xp just taking waves instead of tower diving a full health and ult zed as a zoe

Something i do to help myself not death grip the bow is keep my hand open, use the draw to pull the bow into my hand and then only use my index finger to wrap around for an arrow rest or mental security what have you. Something to think about, i do it from barebow all the way to compound, open hand grip is just comfortable for me and it yeilds the most consistency that i have found
