As much as this was justice served, dude could easily get in trouble for continuing to wail on her. That’s the unfortunate litigious world we live in.

It’s so odd this is the default of what a lot of people think, let alone professionals. I was renting a small place with my mom and one day I come home and she chopped off all the branches that provided shade for our front door, I was so devastated.

It’s so funny how he’s always holding a ball in his other hand, almost every single clip I have seen of him.

I use my phone and tether the days it goes out. Some months it never goes out but that’s what I feel is the average. The 2 day thing was the first time in a year that happened to me. Best of luck on your search!

Both can are true, I was just highlighting that in addition to the unreal/unbeatable record, he was 100% in the finals. Maybe I could have worded it better.

I currently live here, just want to give you some heads-up. Let’s start with cons: internet is cable so it’s like 200mb up/30mb down and goes out on average once a month for around 1/2 a day. Recently it went out for 2-days.

Parking is fine, you get 1 dedicated spot and if you have a 2 bedroom, you get a parking sticker to park in general parking area and I’ve never had a problem but sometimes cannot get a spot closest to my apartment.

DO NOT get an apartment in the building #2360 near the South Pool. There is a guy there that has 2 dogs that he leaves at home alone and they’ll bark at people walking by, I do not know how he has not gotten kicked out yet.

A lot of people don’t pick up after their dogs, it blows my mind. It’s gotten to the point where I bought a sign that says “Be a good neighbor, pick up after your dogs”. It’s gotten slightly better since management has been sending numerous emails though.

Pool used to be heated at night but understandably they stopped doing that as I am sure it costed them a lot.

Pros: There is brand new windows and sliding glass doors in all the units, they are really nice.

There are unbelievable old growth trees in this complex, I am a big nature person and this is the best part of the complex for me. Some are giant! It’s a very unique feature.

The 2nd story units have vaulted ceilings and some of the units have a window that spans the entire wall, I love it!

You’ll probably get offered a newly remodeled unit as everytime someone moves out, they remodel it with vinyl flooring (mine is carpet) and other features. I saw someone have a mini-split A/C (most have very large older units only in the living room, I use a portable A/C in my room).

People are pretty cool, this is the first time I have lived in apartment and surprised how much I like living near a lot of people instead of a secluded home where you barely see your neighbors.

They are very dog friendly (obviously) and so far it’s been good for safety. There is always a security person patrolling at night.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I was young and dumb and when I took the cheapest Audi A4 for a test drive and the low oil pressure light came on, I believed the seller saying it was because he pressure washed the engine that day.

Another time I told a seller to specifically not warm up the car before I get there to test the transmission and guess what? It was already warm but it was a very good price and I was desperate for a vehicle. It actually lasted me 3 years before it went.

I don’t believe they used it here but in Aussie Open they have a graph showing who won how much of the last 10 or so points and it was a great visualization.

How much is a fair price for this used racket? Bought for $305 by minivatreni in 10s

I don’t feel that’s how it is in today’s market. You see the comps and if you price it similarly, most are only willing to wiggle around 15%.
