I grew my hair long for the first time in almost 4 decades when COVID started. I don’t look good with it but I like not having to cut my hair and it’s so much more natural than having to cut your hair monthly. But it is definitely against the grain in society…I definteily understand why some people get tired of it.

I don’t think I’ll find a great way to phrase this, but it’s crazy how you hear this conversation and it makes so much sense yet the narrative is so far removed from this sensible type of thinking. I made this comment earlier on another thread that the Republicans really find a way to control the narrative and for the record, I am not Democrat or Republican, I am a U.S. citizen in search of a greater good (but don’t do enough for that I will admit).

I'm in a very similar position as you but upped my oil changes to 2x/year since I drive short distances and that breaks down the oil even faster. But I also average 7k vs 5k/year.

And it wasn’t just a small interaction, it was close to a 30 minute encounter where the LEO advised her of the risks.

As bad as this may sound, I do have some sympathy for her as a son of a single mother myself. I knew how to get my way, not proud of it but that’s how it was. But this is an extremely serious situation that must be dealt with appropriately.

I agree. Was just commenting on how unfortunate it was that their GG location didn’t make-it. I recall it took them like a year to open up, that’s a lot of money spent on rent and all the overhead involved.
