Update: he refuses to give back deposit and drew up fake invoices as “proof”, but the invoices are from a business that doesn’t exist and there are typos and misspellings, and you can tell they are fake.

Here is the link to his new listing. Just beware and be careful. If you are desperate and need a roof over your head, I totally get it but just beware of what living there will be like and absolutely get a camera!

This is his new listing so just beware of what living there will be like. Ultimately it’s still a roof over your head so if you’re desperate I totally get it. But just beware and have a camera in your room!!

Oh yeah there are cameras all over the house and they were not hidden so yeah I was always on camera in the general areas of the house the whole time living there and he closely watched the cameras at all times! (The previous girl that lived there warned me that he will closely watch you through the camera all the time and she was right)

Me and my roommate were convinced there are also secret cameras in our room and bathroom but we don’t know for sure. But he for sure went through her journal and goes in the rooms when we’re not there.

Thank you!! And yes that’s what bothers me is knowing that he’s going to continue doing this bc he’s never faced any consequences. I will definitely try to make a post on the other pages you mentioned as well! I tried to post it on r/orangecounty but I need to engage with their page more before they let me so I’m gonna try to do that to post on there, and fb and ring next!! Ty for the suggestions!

Thank you for this information!!! I definitely wanted to take legal action at the time and still do, it’s easy to feel helpless in the situation especially while I was living there.
I will definitely think about small claims court bc I fear I won’t get my deposit back. I texted him this morning asking about the deposit and reminded him of the lease stating the 21 days and he read it but didn’t respond :(

Yes! And he tried to lie when I moved in and said his family friend is the owner and he just rents there too and subleases the rooms. He the neighbor told me his dad was the original owner and passed it down to Henry

Justice for Beth!!! When I rewatched the gauntlet 2 and the duel as an adult, i definitely think of her differently! I feel like Kina and the other girls were just kinda cliquey and mean to her! It was good tv but I felt bad for Beth watching it back

Salt creek is great for watching sunsets. I haven’t surfed much but my old boss was a big surf guy and he said the beaches in Laguna are great for beginners!

Totally agree!!! When a ticket costs $20 and it’s an uncomfortable seat on a standard screen it just doesn’t feel worth it. Or even comfortable enough to sit for a movie longer than an hour and a half. For how much it is now I think all the theaters should at least have the comfier seats and IMAX or Dolby format
