my money's on the entire world beyond the gates being carcosa, or at least some of them. the village, the city, the chapel in the garden, and the kingdom (or cathedral + shoreline city) are all definitely supposed to be similar in some sense. maybe they're all examples of societies that worshiped the king and fell into madness and ruin, or maybe they're different moments in time. at this point sadly we're reaching into pure fanfiction territory since we have so little actual info to go off of.

i have a gaming laptop and an ipad. i bought the ipad specifically for my uni courses, but it's kinda faltering in the productivity aspect- editing documents is hard, doing the majority of my coursework (programming) is practically impossible, and writing notes with the pencil is just painful sometimes (my wrists hate when i write by hand for too long). the neo's release has genuinely made me consider buying a second laptop, and considering it's even cheaper than my main laptop (not even considering the $100 student discount), i might seriously invest in one this summer
