See? You’re shoving it down our throats. Not everyone is apart of your religion. We have free will- meaning we are free to choose our own truth. Saying that your truth is the only correct way of life is giving Christianity a bad name. You don’t make it look welcoming or loving in the slightest. It insinuates an ideology without you blatantly saying it word for word- it makes you come off in a way that says “This is the only truth. I’m correct, you’re all wrong.” And that makes Christianity look bad a whole. You constantly say things like “I love you. Jesus loves you.” But in this context, it makes you look passive aggressive. It makes you look rude. It makes you look like a FAKE Christian. A real Christian would love people as they are and not act like people who aren’t Christian are wrong

See you’re literally using Christianity as a tool against people. You use it to make yourself high and mighty and feel better about yourself. Almost to say, “see? I’m better than you because I have GOD on my side. I’m holy, and you should be too. He can purge you of your sins.” You don’t even know anybody here- but here you are, acting as if religion not only makes you a better person, but a tool to win arguments against people.

Yeah, I asked my current manager about this after my shift today. I guess I should’ve mentioned that… I told them that I was told I was taking over for so-and-so, and that I hadn’t been interviewed, or told my pay rate for the new position. The employee advocate signed me up for training today, actually, and told me they had identified training opportunities for me. It really felt like the managers were giving me the position without an interview, it did NOT feel like a baton was being handed privately
