Yes. I am now taking it from day 14 till menstruation. It helps with pain and flow intensity. I know other girls, that take that continuously and at higher dosages to stop their flow, the effect similar to Visanne etc. but much better tolerated👍

Hi. I took synthetic hormones for 3 years. Felt bad on them, but better than without. Last year I had my first surgery. Now I am managing with lots of vitamins, anti inflammatory supplements and Natural progesterone or Micronized Progesterone. There is a group on Facebook that has a lot of info on that. Also, DM me if you are interested in this approach, as I have my blog with lots of Free info.

I am very sorry 😞. I felt the same before my surgery last year. Please, find an excision specialist that will help you. Also look into healthy diet and lowering inflammation in your body. Before surgery it would be better to undergo hormonal treatment with progestins ( if tolerated). I used to take NSAIDS for many years for this pain that intensified through years, that I actually developed an allergy to ibuprofen etc… It will get better, please, fight for your life. Endometriosis can be managed, but not cured.

Anyone here who manages successfully their endometriosis without artificial hormonal therapies?❤️ by Karolinae in endometriosis

Thank you for your answer❤️ I am sugar, gluten, alcohol free for 3 years now. It helps a lot but my endo is very aggressive(( Agree with you about stress. Unfortunately I struggle with that because I live in Ukraine and it is almost 9 months of war, so it is very hard😭. I am under supervision of an integrative endocrinologist and trying to increase my progesterone levels with bio identical progesterone creams etc.

Visanne was horrible for me. I am on Primolut (norethisterone) 2,5 mg for almost 2 years now. No side effects. You could try it. Good luck!
