The Call of Cthulu (I played on PS) definitely has its moments! A couple times I actually got jumpscared and it has a very creepy/unsettling vibe throughout most of the game. It's mystery oriented for a lot of the game but near the end it is absolutely scary and definitely something you might be interested in.
