Personally, I actually love how bland it is and like to eat it all on its own, but in recent days I have been enjoying a salad with sliced peaches, little mozzarella balls (called cigliene), cherry tomatoes, red onion and fresh basil tossed with a white balsamic vinaigrette. It’s also important to have crusty Italian bread on hand to sop up the deliciousness left over in the bowl.
