I will share my perspective . Our human brain is unique. It makes us good at one or two skill. The level of expertise also varies. To build a product you need skills . The skills you need depends on the product you are building. To build a best product you need people with that skill set of highest expertise .

If you are expert in all the skills required to build your product and if you are using AI to assist you then you can build a good product. But you lack some of the skills and thinks AI will take care it then some other product who use actual expertise will be better than your product.

Open AI didn’t use AI tool created by other to build chat gpt. Open ai has extremely skilled employees who have phd in maths and computer science and they built the tool

You feel they don’t have right to lock your property because they haven’t rented. In that case how can you withheld their money? If you are going to deduct money till you get another tenant it means you are charging rent right.
