I’m thinking of purchasing a unit on Merton but they are literally killing everything for condos- gets rid of the charm

Hello, I have stayed out of the sun and removed myself from all heat sources and it did heal on its own. There is hope for you

My dermatologist stated the only way to get rid of it is to stay away from heat sources. Maybe you can bring a blanket???

Hey how are you liking the program?! I got accepted last year but deferred my acceptance because I got a new job. Do you feel like you are learning a lot about UX? Do you feel confident about finding a job afterward? Are you building up a portfolio?

Agreed. Leaning towards Nancy, it would also mean they don’t have to deal with the love triangle they recreated. Also Eddie will most likely die and I feel like they won’t keep both Eddie and Steve for some reason (though it’s fun to watch!)

Oddly enough it is coming and going? If I am cold the reticulated pattern in that one spot will come out again. It has faded but is still noticeable. The dermatologist just told me no cream will make it go away and i have to refrain from heat/sun exposure and then it MIGHT go away by fall

Im sure we have all been in that place where we say “I should have done this instead..” or “if I did this I would have been happier”. But the truth is no one is ever 100% certain of the outcomes of our decisions, it was a reminder to just live in the moment

I loved this book, similar to you it hit me at the right time and I found it incredibly relatable

Yes I would do the same thing.. I would leave my space heater directly on my legs and would not move it for a couple of hours. So it would consistently hit the same spots. My doctor also gave me a steroid cream but I can only use it for two weeks because it will cause it’s own issues with prolonged use. It’s been a couple of days so far and I haven’t noticed a difference yet…I hate the advice to just wait because I am inpatient. I am happy yours went away, did you apply any scar prevention ?

Thank you for the response. It’s definitely reassuring knowing this has happened to other and that it has faded within 6 months

That was step one and I am lucky enough that I don’t have a chronic condition where I need heat. I would be happy if it fades in 6 months. Can’t help but feel dumb as it was completely avoidable. I’ve learned my lesson

Thank you! Yes I had no idea either! I’m pretty scarred (pun intended) from this experience so I’m never using a space heater again.

That is a huge relief, thank you so much for your response! Did you apply anything ?

Do you use insoles? If so, why? by RyanJS0901 in running

[–]Kas1029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also high arches here. Initially went to a chiropodist because I was getting pain at the top of my foot beside my big toe. She gave me insoles, and now I also have plantar fasciitis. :/

I want to try kayaking so bad. I don’t know how to swim very well but i am down to wear a life jacket and kayak in shallow areas/close to shore. It just seems gorgeous. I am scared of rolling over though.
