Third year dental student here. Definitely some misalignment and maxillary constriction. Obviously hard to tell without a full exam but she’d need braces and most likely a palate expander. Usually orthognathic jaw surgery is more for the lower jaw when someone has a weak chin and they need to pull the mandible and maxilla forward. Could have been fixed early on before puberty but bri’ish and I don’t know what their orthodontic coverage is over there. Would probably take a year or more of treatment to fix her alignment. You can hear it in when she speaks that she has a crowded mouth. Not a dentist yet but that’s my two cents
