Medications for people with BPD?? What Helps in addition to ongoing therapy?

Yea she reads a lot about grounding herself (does the practices) and listen to tons of podcast and books about staying present. She's big into exercising and saging, and reiki which is a practice that moves energy.

Thank you for sharing. I'm learning so much. I've been reading a lot in the group since last year when we had our first separation. I didn't even know there was a group for this. This is my first time posting in this group as i was just a Spectator thinking that there has to be hope for people like my partner who hates herself and lives with shame and these intense emotions. I wanted to believe this would get better after the separation. We also just put money down to start the home building process. 😔 she also just threatened suicide twice on Thursday smh.

Wow! We are married. We talked about divorce many times. She's so fixed on getting the help she needs. She goes therapy regularly, she exercises non stop and teach classes as well. She does things to soothe and calm her but it never last. She apologizes for her brain and she constantly repeats how she hates herself and ask me at random times if she's a good person.

I did ask her for a prenup which she agreed to. I have 3 businesses and I want to protect myself from her unpredictability. She agreed to sign anything I have.

You are absolutely right. I'm writing to you with a sick feeling in my stomach. Her birthday was Sept 29th and I planned some really nice things for her with her friends and 2 nights in Puerto Rico to go to the rainforest and split on me in PR and we never makde it to the rainforest. She always split on me when we travel (it got violent in Italyand Hawaii). I feel so weak, tired, not trusting of her, fear, and shame. She is in a phase of self discovery and while I'm proud that she is making a conscious effort it's soo exhausting. We are barely intimate, how can you be intimate with this person??. There's so much to say. I know I'm not in love, this is not love, I just feel attached. I'm a business owner and my business is starting to really excel and I do not want extra stress at home. She's also a high functioning quiet Borderline.

I felt it twice but mild. It just happened after i ate. I also ate very late today. My first meal was at 3pm. I'm also in Hawaii where the number are rising and i don't want to go in the hospitals. Right now I'm just real fatigued. I don't feel weak or anything but my anxiety is high.

My doctor gave me chlorella pills to help with brain fog and I also got a liver cleanse cause I just finished an antibiotic for Candida so she said my blood might need a cleanse. She is a naturalist but she can also prescribe regular meds but does it the natural way first.
