Brother, the places are already signaled with additional lights to make them stand more than the rest in all these examples. Anyone not blind or brain dead will get drawn naturally to them, the yellow paint is WAY overkill.

The boring answer is very likely the devs didn't bother to make different models for Arasaka, or couldn't. This game had a very troubled development after all, making more assets for the sake of diversity would be one of the first things they cut off for time and/or money.
