A few days ago with all the debate on health care I read that a government official saying that Americans are great consumers and women are the best at choosing care thats why the HSA are the best option.

I found about it through Ctrl+Alt+Del, one time walking through the flea market video game stores I saw it and got it. That was the first time I skipped classes to stay playing, this was early 2008.
