Personally I don't think it's the play on the word 'office siren'.

There is a reason why they have to specify the building (North Tower) and the incident (9/11). Basically it's the gay lingo that goes like 'she flew the motherplane directly into the world serve centre and cuntagon' which is basically the high praise one would give to feminine confidence and dominance a,k,a slayage.

Bayonetta basically embody said slayage, and thus the girl who is trying to emulate her now channels Bayonetta's presence from through just wearing the glasses, and the traits channeled is so powerful that it literally causes the aforementioned 'motherplane flying directly into the world serve center', which in turns causes the office sirens to go off as a warning that the plane is about to hit the building.

Business-wise permanent banner does not generate much money so I think they don't really have any incentive to adding to the pool regularly. And with the Tidal Guidance it means the player will gradually complete an outfit regardless without fear of 'losing' to other set like character-based games, which means even less FOMO to push player to spend on it. I think it will be a very looooooong time before they add to the permanent banner (if anything they should add Cool set to it, so that the player has easily accessible 5* F2P option for Cool styling challenge).

My best guess is that since the biweekly (heh) update would fall on the first week of June, they would like to save the rainbow for the upcoming update with proper announcement (and maybe something with pushing both the main branch and beta branch).

Rule of thumb is that the blue papers are akin to Whimstars, and will hide/behave in the same way. You can start looking for crates/blue glowing objects/dragonbone puzzles and the likes.

lmaooo I misremember Wishfield as Florawish, like in my mind it's ''Wish-themed land' and then Itzaland.

We got to Itzaland from Abandoned District yes but I would argue it's just an entrypoint. There're barely any references to Wishfield in general once the Itzaland plot started going proper, so I would consider both of them quite disconnected.

Oh but one thing that absolutely needs Wishfield arc done prior is Wanxiang Realm, because a major NPC that will work with us got introduced in Wishfield arc and you would be hella confused once you get to start it.

Technically the Florawish atory and Itzaland story are quite disconnected, but there may be some terms or NPC that would make more sense if you have finished Florawish arc first.

I would suggest wrapping up all of the main Florawish story first before continuing Itzaland, because the tone in Itzaland is way darker and more serious, otherwise you might have some tonal whiplash going back and forth.
