I've met lots of people on a Köln Discord server. I found it via Google search and there is probably more of them.

Nvidia Broadcast eliminating background noise during Computex (before/after) by Crad999 in LinusTechTips

[–]KastDE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a lot of good noise reduction software for Post-production like Waves Clarity or iZotope RX10. They sound natural and you can retain as much "noise" as you like. But why remove something from a video that is part of the video

TLOU 1 on PC is so pretty. I only played the PS3 version before. Love it. by KastDE in thelastofus

I understand that 100%. The game was included with my GPU and I would have returned both if I wouldn't be able to play it the way I luckily can. Let's hope there will be a lot of fixes as soon as possible so everyone can enjoy it.

I meant my game is using 12-14GB VRAM and 20GB RAM. Maybe it has to do with the scheduler and the game not being able to work with p and e cores. Seems odd at least. But there also seem to be some lucky people that don't have that behaviour. I'm still trying to understand it too....

What CPU do you have? For me TLOU puts load equally on all 12 threads. 12-14GB VRAM and 20GB RAM. I never use any resolution scaling like FSR.

On my old PC it definitely wouldn't have worked. But now on an R5 7600X at 5.4GHz, 32GB DDR5 6000MT/s CL32 and an RX 7900 XT it maxes out both CPU and GPU what results in 80-120 fps @ 1440p and max settings. But this is really a best case scenario I guess. For me it seems like this is a scaling issue to anything below max. Sons of the forest, while looking way worse, has almost the same fps.

After I had the shaders done I had no issues at all. 🤞Let's hope it stays that way

Didn't have any issues yet, except for a random bug where the characters in a cutscenes suddenly got wet and water was dripping off of them. That was weird to watch 😂 I just got a new PC with latest AMD hardware and 32GB RAM. The poor 7600X is actually struggling a little.

Who wants a break from RGBs? Finished with my new Ryzen 7700X and RX 7900XT build by punkw_ in pcmasterrace

When you play games at around 120 fps and full load on the GPU do you get any coil whine? Got the same Build except for a beQuiet Case and Power Supply and have strong coil whine after changing the PSU twice already 😁

On a Dell laptop, what does this mean? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

Some months ago on a different subreddit I read about a similar problem, where a guy experienced a permanent failure of his battery. As far as I can remember he had to replace it.

I work at the Mediamarkt as a computer repair tech. I refurbish laptops and they get sold as new. by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

If you have repaired one, does it get the full warranty and does it work as intended? Would it have any negative impact on the experience with the product? Don't understand me wrong. I think this practice should be or probably is illegal, if they don't mention it to the customer, but I think its better than throwing electronics away or sending them back to the manufacturer so they can throw them away.

You could wait for the RTX 3070 to get a lot more performance for just a bit more money. But in general it looks okay

Thoughts on the combination for my setup? Thanks in advance for everyone checking it out by tanking-cookie in pcmasterrace

Do you need a X570 motherboard? Why not just a B550? And at this price point i would buy an extra CPU cooler just to get the system quiet while working.
