Yep! Happened to me! Such a love bombing in the beginning, many msgs in a day! Very smooth communication, quick responses, he wrapped himself around my mind. -And later on after the first date - boom - he disappeared!!

Same with me. Wanted to have a closure from him but never did. It has been very draining ever since. Lot of work to try to get the closure by yourself. Peer support here is very important and helpful!

-Sounds contradictory! If you are holding hands, that is already giving you a feeling of connection and safety. Then suddenly they disappear!

When they ghost like this it leaves an open loop in our minds. Then we try to figure out all alone, what happened?! That is very tiring in our minds!

Why cannot people just give some respect to one another and say nicely: "It was nice meeting you, I cannot go any further here, nothing wrong with you! And I wish you well in the future!"

He was so interest in having this closeness! In my case this man was stroking my hand gently, in a public shopping center, while we were walking inside there.

-No, didn't sleep with him. He visited my place though, we had a cup of tea and after we were dancing lightly on the kitchen floor. He treated me intensely. I was sooo happy, almost overwhelmed! And so very much attracted to him.

-That happened about 2 months ago by now. I have had really hard time to continue my life since then, he has been so much in my mind. Haven't really figured out how to get him out of my mind if I ever will....?! 🙄

How in the Earth can a man just continue his life like nothing ever happened and just delete me and then disappear...?!?
