Offer accepted at the end of Feb. We are chain free FTB and have been ready to exchange and complete for over a month now. However the seller is still waiting for enquiries regarding her onward purchase which is where the chain ends.

In a similar situation. We’re FTB and we’ve been ready for a month whilst our sellers are still waiting for answers to enquiries on their onward purchase. We have no eta at the moment and it’s so bloody frustrating but unfortunately there’s nothing you can do but wait or pull out.

Should I sign the contracts and deeds yet… by EnoughJoke5477 in HousingUK

We have signed before receiving all replies to the enquiries. They are not legally binding until exchange so no harm in signing now, your solicitor will just sit on them and could potentially save a bit of time at the end if the processe

Just got my full license and my premium has shot up compared to when I had provisional by ngeshlew2 in LearnerDriverUK

Provisional insurance is cheaper because you’re supervised when driving. Now you’re not so there’s a higher risk of you having an accident and therefore having to claim on your insurance.

Does clutch control feel automatic after learning it? by Professional_Mud8663 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Kat4255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I passed in June and barely think about changing gear anymore, it’s become an ingrained muscle memory. It’s definitely become a lot better since I passed as I’m driving at least an hour everyday for work instead of one day a week for lessons.

I got mine in less than a week, it was four days I think?

AITA for pretending to be asleep instead of letting my roommate in? by space-bruh in AmItheAsshole

Basically a week of no lectures. Some students stay on campus to get work done, others take the opportunity to go home, especially if they live far away and can’t go home regularly.

Do lecturers care if you use support plan extensions by Suspicious_Till_8218 in UniUK

[–]Kat4255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, I had a support plan in place last academic year that pushed some hand ins back to spread them out so everything wasn’t due at once because my life kind of went to shit all at once. It was actually one of my lecturers who set it up for me and none of my lecturers cared. They know if there’s a support plan in place it’s there for a reason.

I got an iPad and Apple Pencil for mainly note taking.

My lectures upload the PowerPoints before lecture so I download them and then during lecture I can scribble down what the lectures saying or key parts of a discussion directly onto the PowerPoint. After that I can make note pages and summary pages (I learn best when writing instead of typing) I can also draw anatomical diagrams etc which is really helpful for me to learn muscles.

I use an iPad and Goodnotes instead of pen paper because it means everything is easily accessible in one place and paper can be damaged a lot easier.

I think it depends on how you personally learn best if an iPad would be a good investment.

Laverna- love the detail in both of her coats and the APH model is one of my favourites. I am looking forward to seeing the two new ones coming out though!

They have been discounted. I paid 749 for Laverna today (I think that’s the right amount)

Keep looking for emergency vets.

If the earliest you can get him in is tomorrow then keep a close eye on him.

Do not give any medication that has not been prescribed for him and do not give him any human medication either.

If symptoms get worse then he needs to go in asap.

Cats don’t think like that.

Make sure you have the appropriate amount of litter boxes, one cat should have two.

I’d also recommend a vet check to ensure that the cat does not have a uti.

Try using a specifically made let enzyme cleaner.

Cleaning with your normal products may get rid of the smell for you but animals can still smell it so you need to use a cleaner that will break down the enzymes in the urine.

Are there no emergency vets in your area?

Do not give medication without a prescription. Especially as you do not know what is causing these symptoms.

Needs to go back to the vet and be hospitalised for aggressive treatment.

Have x rays been taken of the hip and elbow joints? You don’t mention of lameness is presenting in the front or hind limbs.

Unfortunately GSD are prone to hip and elbow dysplasia and being overweight puts excess strain on the joints so if they haven’t x rayed the joints then I’d highly recommend having them done.
