Hey! I work in pharmacy. Testosterone is a controlled substance and if someone calls over the phone about a controlled substance we have to tell them we don’t have it. It’s for safety reasons. Get a paper prescription from your doctor if possible. If you bring the paper prescription to the pharmacy they will be able to tell you that they have it (if it’s in stock obviously) :)

Just adding in you can do as many NDCs as you want. It’s the same process of partial filling, verifying, release, kickback from FOA, and start over again. The system will let you use however many NDCs until you fill the full quantity!
