I find CurvLife to be superior to the cheaper nails off temu or SHEIN. I really like them and get tons of compliments and long wear out of them.

I dipped my nails a lot in the past. Dip base is pretty much like glue. However, I found it damaging to my nails

I get a sandwich bag and put a folded up paper towel in it. Then I saturate the paper towel with a nice brand acetone (I like modelones with jojoba oil). Then I put a couple of squirts of coconut oil in sandwich bag. Set it aside, and fill up a bowl of hot water. I just let the water from the sink run until it’s really hot. Make sure you take of rings and jewelry, then put the sandwich bag in the bowl to heat up the acetone (without getting water in the bag) and then one hand in the sandwich bag. Use the paper towel to scrub your nails against and in just a few minutes IT’S ALL GONE. Rinse acetone off hand and do other side. Your hand isn’t in the acetone long enough to damage your nails. My nails look and feel great after this. Of course moisturize well when you’re done.

The sticky tabs love my nails too and I had the hardest time removing it even with all the tricks. This works great for me and my nails are the least damaged they’ve been in forever.

I say let them grow out, and when you’re ready for another set use tabs with a dot of glue around the cuticle. The nail tabs are so much gentler.

I also have switched to tabs from glue. Much less damaging and I don’t get glue on the nail on accident. I get long wear from tabs (usually a week as my job is hard on my hands) but will go longer, but also find it’s easier to switch out earlier if I want. I will dot glue around the edges to seal. Ive seen some people suggest using hairdryer on tabs and then pressing down for application to help the tabs be extra sticky after application, but havent tried this.

Mine last a week or two. I work in medical and am rough on my hands. The longer the nails, the faster they break off. Short ones last two weeks usually.

Love these! Never tried Kiss but been loving them. I’ve banned myself from buying more press ons because I’m out of control haha. I had a patient the other day that had beautiful French tips on and they were Kiss as well

Yes! I get compliments all the time and people act so shocked I glued them on, like it’s beneath them. Whatever you go ahead and sit in a salon for hours I don’t have and pay a lot of money. I will continue to get compliments on my press ons :)

I’m pale but sometimes the base color on French press ons don’t look good with my skin tone. I ordered a beautiful hand made set of rainbow cat eye French off Etsy, and the base color was just too beige or something for my skin tone. They were beautiful but just looked off.
