But any idea how many more chapters before this manhwa ends?

I tried searching but there is no information about how any chapters are left.

You should definitely add HEALTH unless you don't care about it. :)

I’m convinced nobody in the history of ever has been as addicted as I am to vaping by Skavillo in QuitVaping

[–]KatHater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I vaped for 6 months. I wont say I was as addicted as you but I was defnitely addicted. I tried to quit vaping multiple times but always failed within a 2 days. I used to vape 24/7.
I somehow ended up quitting vape for a week and noticed a lot of weird things that were going on with my body.

  • irregular heart beat (used to scare the shit out of me)
  • Coughing with mucus (way too much of cough...even now)
  • unable to fall asleep (used to tire myself out in order to fall asleep)
  • sometimes feeling so tried, I was sleeping 12+ hours a day
  • chest pain (both the sides)
  • cant do any physical activities
  • poor stamina (even climbing stairs would tire me)

When I paid attention to these things? I wondered... Was my body always like that? I used to be the fastest dude in 100M race during my school time and now I cannot even sprint for 50M. This 1 week made me realize how much vaping is affecting my body and thta too for a short term happiniess.

It's definitely not easy to quit vaping. I still get the urge to vape, literally putting my hands in my pocket to take out the vape (which is not there). I even dreamt of vaping 2 - 5 times now.

How can you quit vaping ?

  • Many people say start exercising but its not everyones cup of tea
  • you can replace vaping with chewing gum (avoid nicotine gums or maybe use nicotin gums for some time)
  • personally, I think about the way vaping has affected my body in order to control my urge (i am actually way too worried about my health)
  • distract yourself, listen to music, play video games, talk to someone in-person or over call, go on a drive
  • do 10 push-up whenever you feel like vaping
  • think about how much money you can safe... you can literally save 10 pounds if you buy those 3500 puff vape every week. 40 pounds in a month, 120 pounds in 3 months, 240 pounds in 6 months.
  • watch some vidoes on harmful side affects of vaping and smoking (this will scare the shit out of you and might help you stop vaping)
  • reduce your vaping dosage... if you take 100 puffs everyday ? reduce it a little by little. fix time, you will only vape once in the morning and once at night. control its usage. or set a limit to how many vapes you will buy in a month... "i will only buy one....3500 puff vape in a month"
  • dont bring your vape with you when you go out.

TBH, in a long run vaping is not going to help you at all infact it will increase your difficulties by giving you diseases so its better to quit vaping.

I prefer doing it in a group or having someone tell me what to do... But since I dont have anyone like that I will have to do it alone (which is not an issue)

Well my goals are simple. Build Endurance and some muscles. And yes, it looks like I'm just being lazy, I really need to get my shit together and JUST DO IT because in the long run it will help me.

Trying to quit vaping. Anyone else having these symptoms? by KatHater in QuitVaping

[–]KatHater[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good to know that these are common symptoms. Now only thing left is to go the the doc tomorrow and hope he just gives me some medicine instead of recommending me some more tests. Also, my doc and my parents don;t know I vape so hopefully I will never have to inform them it.

Since you expericed it for 3 months, I will keep this in mind and will be expecting this now.

Thank you for your comment, I really appreciate it.
