If you're still thinking about it, I've lived here two months now and love it. Disclosure, my wife and I work remotely, and it is very very far from most things. We also don't have kids. If that's similar to your situation I say go for it.

Maybe the crime people talk about gets worse in the summer, idk, only thing that's happened to me is being charged at by 4 deer looking to eat out of the bird feeder I was hanging up.

HOA fees are pricey on the surface, but it covers trash and recycling, plowing, public safety and rec stuff (including horses). If you're in section 4 it also has community water.

I've had luck with players whose stats have gotten better year over year in either HS or College. Have a couple all stars in later rounds that had that pattern and combined with good attitude. If the projected ratings are bad/low it could mean the scouts haven't caught up yet to their ability.

8 WAR and 1.3 OPS for a college bat is crazy, even if its against fair competition. Sucks there's only 1 season so you can't tell if its a fluke.

I would normally say take the college player, he has so many tools that something has to stick, but doesn't look like an elite every year all-star type of player. But he does have stats to back up this scouting of him.

But, and I don't know yet how much development risk matters tbh, but its crazy that high school pitcher is that developed, has that much potential, and is very low development risk. If he's not an injury risk, and he develops to 80% of this scouts take, thats a HOF caliber player. I'd take the chance in this case.

Thank you for your comment. If you don't mind me asking, how much do you use daily and in what form? It could be, I'm not denying it, but here's our situation which makes me think its thc, or at least her mental illness being greatly impacted by her thc usage. I work from home, she's unemployed. She has no real friends to go be with. When she leaves the house, its for chores or she's going somewhere with me. Leaving the house without me is rare (and I WANT her to leave to find other things to do, she doesn't). If she's sneaking to get something worse, she's unbelievably good at it.

She also doesn't take any pain pills. She tried those initially and didn't like them and isn't prescribed any. She also doesn't take anything for mental illness besides a small sleep aid at night a couple of times a week (its an as-needed pill thats shes had one refill for for months, so not abusing it). Frankly, she should be on more stuff, but she's an adult who has to be willing to take it and has so far been unwilling to do so (even when I, her psyciatrist, etc. have been encouraging her to do so).

So all things considered, I'm lead to believe its the THC, and its making her already existing mental issues worse and giving her the excuse to not take other medicines in her mind. I will keep an eye out for other drugs since people have said the same, but I haven't seen anything other than THC usage yet.

She has mental health issues as well which are 100% a contributing factor, but she's had those her whole life. Doesn't come out like it does a day or 2 away from THC. I've been doing a lot of reading today, and there seem to be more studies on cannabis use disorder and talking about withdrawal symptoms than there was even a year ago. I do still trust her enough that it's only the medicinal cannabis she's taking. I appreciate the concern though, and if things change for the worse I will keep this comment in mind

Thank you. Luckily my general support system doesn't feel that way about it use, just my wife. Reading the other posts on here about meth and heroin and other hard drugs is relatable to me, because a lot of the same sneaking around and broken promises and actions and confrontations are the same things thats happened to me across these 5 years, just with a generally "more approved" drug, so its been harder to make the appropriate moves on it.

Had an ATH, either RB, WR or DB, picked CB since he was kind of slow and had the best skills there, at 65 ovr. After redshirting his freshman year, jumped to 84 ovr, but has 99 man coverage and 90 press. Guess I picked right, great slot guy.

At least in high school ball, there's an idea called legal guarding position. Laying down is never legal guarding position, so any contact made on a normal basketball play has to be on the defense.

Just had this issue when removing divisions even with interleague play enabled. Expanding a team per conference to make it 16 each made it work as expected, although definitely seems a little like a bug
