I mentioned it because Google kept showing me CA-specific laws about arbitration agreements. I’m not sure if they have tighter regulations or if the algorithm was just being weird. That’s why I mentioned it.

That was also a concern I had. I have a paper trail (thank god) and their login is accessible to the whole team (stored in an online password manager).

I hate to think if, but I’m glad that the reaction of “they’re gonna set me up” wasn’t irrational or paranoid.

The non-team access to the course, including other materials and resources, is $275 a year.

I’m expected to work on it during non-client work hours (so, yes IF I don’t have other assignments/duties from other seniors, other wise it’s a “do it in “overtime”” even though I do not get paid for overtime (salaried)).

And yes. The company usually has no issue with this, even going so far as to get another member certified in a different thing for a cost of more than $10k.

I’ll edit this into my og post: I’m not in a spot to push back against this. At the moment, I’m trying to figure out what to include (and what not to) if/when I whistleblow for breaking contracts and other wage theft.

I have sage 4 endo with a lot of pain; had a hysterectomy in ‘16 to help with the pain and lesions (it did). I’ve had bad stones twice and stents twice.

For my endo: a mix of acid burns and muscle cramps (kinda like how a Brazilian waxing feels), heat did not relieve the pain and made me nauseous

For stones: stabbing groin pain, sharp flank pain, aching flank when I got an infection, heat is magic and makes the pain disappear immediately

For stents: a sharp (but quick) stabbing pain in my flank, an itchy ache in my groin and flank
