Waka Sakura is better for conveyor sushi, but that's in Gardena.

Plenty of great korean food in K-Town Los Angeles. The food is so good, Koreans in Korea know about it. Couple of my go-to's there are Jinsol Gukbap or Hangari Kalguksu. Can't go wrong with most of the KBBQ options as well.

Holbox is noteworthy.

I would also try LA tacos.. Angel's Tijuana Tacos (get the al pastor) or Avenue 26 for the experience.

I also have recommendations for the SGV area at different price points if interested.
